Unable to find fill & sign forms online

I checked settings and confirmed I have checked that I want it to save forms online to use across devices but it isn't working. Any ideas? TIA

What is "it"?

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

Did you receive the document for signature? or did you save the document from the desktop application to open it on the online account?

Share the complete steps you did and what is not working. Screenshots will be helpful.

Thank you for asking. I started the document which was paperwork I needed to complete for a doctors appt. I originally uploaded it to my fill&sign app on my iPhone. I filled out page one then decided to finish on my iPad, it's just easier. However the form with my recent edits where not saved so I could access on a different device. Even though I checked on both apps to save changes so I could access on different devices. I completed paperwork on iPad but again those edits didn't show up on my iPhone app or using browser to sign in online. Does that help? TIA
