I am the only one who cannot in any way contact Adobe/Echosign Support? I have no way of creating ticket. I just keep getting looped back to this site -> Support | eSign services from Adobe when I call the phone - they point me to the same site! Very frustrating.
I am trying to add a user and simply get - "You cannot add that email address to your account.". That's it! No more detail no reason nothing - again extremely frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated.
