When I sign into Adobe Sign (https://secure.echosign.com/public/login), I am not routed to the Adobe Sign page, where I Send and Manage documents. Now, when I sign in, the page is routed to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/, my Adobe Acrobat Home page. I prefer to use the Adobe Sign site and have found there are same features and functions lacking when sending documents through the Adobe Acrobat Home page.
Is there any way to get my account to stop routing to the home page, or does Adobe Sign no longer exist on its own?

Hi Lanarch,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please let us know if you were able to sign in using the following link: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login.
Did the behavior change recently? Did you make any changes to the account?
Also, confirm if you use the same email address for signing in that you used to sign in here on the community page.
We will require more information to get this checked.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi Meenaski,
I can sign in using the following link: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login, but I am routed to my Adobe Acrobat Home Page (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/). I have not changed my behavior recently and the only changes I have made were adding a Digital Signature. I tried clearing the digital signature, to see if it would revert back, but it did not. This is an account through my work and I do not have admin privileges. If there is some setting that I can look for, or have my admin look into, please let me know.
Yes, the issue is with the same email address for signing in that I am using on the community page.
Thank you,
Lanarch

Hello,
I want to sign into Adobe Acrobat SIGN, https://secure.echosign.com/public/login, the web/desktop version (purple) not mobile, but it keeps taking me to Adobe Acrobat (red). I want to try the Adobe Acrobat SIGN (purple) features. See attachments.
Can anyone at Adobe help? Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi Diane,
This is what has been happening to me since I posted in October. No one has been able to provide me with an answer. It has been very frustrating. There are similar fuctions but overall it is a lot more time consuming and slows down my productivity. For example, if more than one agreement was sent for signature, then I must have access to the email in order to download the documents separately - my Outlook is often not working properly.
I cannot view your pictures, so I did some screenshots also, hoping they are the same. I work on a Windows computer.

It took over a week but Adobe finally fixed whatever the problem was for me to log-in to Adobe Acrobat SIGN but I understand a colleague of mine is still having issues.
In the meantime, Adobe has the following response for you: "We would request you to connect with the user “Lanarch” to either raise a ticket in Admin Console from their respective admin or contact us on our support number."
Good luck!
