Unable to Print Related Table Records in Adobe E-Sign Pdf (Micrososft Dynamics CRM)

I did data mapping in dynamics crm by using File {{field}} etc.. Which is working file. I applied it on Opportunity entity. But when I call Contact Yomi First Name it does not print it on pdf. Contact is Lookup type field. Can't we print related entity data on pdf?
