I am unable to send documents for eSignatures via Adobe Sign when I use the Adobe Acrobat DC application that has been installed on my PC.
I am opening the document that I wish to send for signing using the ‘Adobe Acrobat DC’ application and then clicking on the ‘Adobe Sign’ icon from the task pane on the right hand side of the screen.
I enter the recipient’s email id in the ‘To’ field and then click the ‘Continue’ button. I get a screen saying 'Uploading' but it gets stuck at 70% and doesn't move forward.
This has been happening to my colleagues as well so I was hoping for any solutions to remediate this issue.
