unrecognised/ invalid email domain Adobe Sign

Hi,

When entering send to email address, I receive an error message to say that the email address is invalid. It is a dot capital domain address.

Has anyone come across this?

Hi Katiej,

I have exactly the same issue!

When i use email@contract.partners it sais invalid email adress.

Quick work around for you Katiej, use the old interface, the button is visible whilst entering email adresses.

Using the old interface will let you use all email adresses you like.

Adobe please fix it!

Hi Katie,

We are aware of an issue while sending mails to custom domains from the new send page and we are working to fix it as I am typing.

As Rob mentioned, please use the old interface to workaround the problem. You can contact customer care to turn new send experience OFF for you till we fix this issue for you.

But - as I asked, how do i actually use the old interface? When I have

tried to find the customer support contact I have only been directed to

this forum. What am I paying £15 per month for when actual support is

inaccessible and there is other software out there for free

Can you send an email to support@echosign.com with your problem and let them know you want to switch to old send page. I am sure that way, your problem will be resolved soon.
