Update Dynamics Agreement record on agreement state change in Adobe Sign

Hi,

 

I am currently trialling the adobe sign integration with Dynamics 365. It is all working apart from the power automate flow "Update Dynamics Agreement record on agreement state change in Adobe Sign". The flow is setup as per the guides. When the agreement status changes the flow runs correctly. I can see the status update field changing in the flow input but nothing is being updated in Dynamics. Does anyone have any ideas?
