We are on version 18 in our Salesforce production and need to upgrade. I'm testing the upgrade in our sandbox. The install went fine and the functionality to send the documents is working but the tracking of the documents once signed is not being recorded on our opportunities in Salesforce. Is this functionality suppose to work in a sandbox?

As you are using the Adobe Sign enterprise-level service plan, use the steps provided below to contact Adobe Sign support team:
• Log in to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign
• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.
• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
