Hi everyone
I downloaded the agreement to sign manually and then tried to upload it back to agreement.
but I keep getting this error (as picture). please suggest what I need to do

Likewise. I have tried on my account and with my mother's account using Acrobat. Neither of us could save a certified copy once e-signed. This problem seems to be rampant in Adobe. Switching to DocuSign since it appears that Adobe has not addressed the issue since early 2023.

As mentioned, you tried from two different accounts. Is it the same document you tried to upload from two different accounts?
Please also check with the sender if they have enabled the option. Also, confirm if it happens with all documents or with a particular one.
If it happens with any document you try to sign, please share the screen recording of the complete workflow so we can check it.
