We are using Adobe Sign Enterprise. On the ocassion when a signor "wet-signs" a document and sends that back to us, when we "upload that signed copy" through the manage tab, we loose all signing fields for the subsequint signors but the document still is sent through the workflow for those individuals to sign, placing them on an added page at the end of the document.
I am not an administrator, just a heavy user. The "upload a signed copy" does not allow for re-setting the signature fields.
Is there a process to make this work?
We have had other users upload just the signature page, but that replaces the original document entirely.
I have been cancelling the original request and re-starting the document at the next signor, but that is tedious and duplicative.
Have something to add?
