Uploading doc for signature line select

Hello,

Currently i face an issue where when i go to request signatures, the proceeding window opens and i select the option to select signature areas, but the document is stuck uploading. I waited north of 10 minutes before giving up.

I have repaired, uninstalled, signed out, signed in and every combination of the said.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
