Uploading pdf problems

after uploading a contract in pdf to echosign the number fields have too many zeroes-what to do?

Never happened before and now that's all that happens...any suggestions?

Hello,

Is the document created in Acrobat and have conditions applied in the fields in it? If you can let us know how you created those number fields in Acrobat, that would be helpful to resolve the issue.

I typed in the numbers like I have always done while filling in the other data fields.And on the other pages checkmarking boxes and later the boxes appeared emptyupon uploading...

BTWI do not use acrobat, nor do I want to purchase it.I have never had to use acrobat for echosign before.Nor have I had to go through the process you just sent the link to.

I simply filled out my form, saved it, went to echosign, followed the steps, uploaded document, and reviewed fields for signature and date for the signor and then sent it......
