Does anyone use Adobe Sign within the Pharmaceutical Sector ?
As an requierement for compliance and security we have to use Single-Sign-On for all of our systems.
The problem is that Adobe Sign uses SSO to authenticate the user, and does not request the user to re-enter their password, which makes Adobe Sign non-compliant in regards to FDA 21 CFR part 11.
Even though Adobe Sign documents state that the signatures are seen as legal and valid.
So I wonder if out setup of SSO is wrong or Adobe Sign is configured wrongly for us.
