Hello Community
I have a question, can you use a template structure (text boxes and signatures) in another document to start a new signing process?.
Thanks in advance.
Hola Comunidad
tengo una consulta, se puede utilizar la estructura de una plantilla (cajas de texto y firmas) en otro documento para iniciar un proceso nuevo de firma. sin que aparezca el documento utilizado en la plantilla?
Gracias de antemano.

Hi @Carolina33042197ueh9  can you elaborate a little more on what you mean by using a template structure on another document?

My interpretation of the questions is using the form field template from an existing template that was created in Sign and using that form field template on another document? If that is the case then yes... if I am way off then let me know.

Hola @J_McNeece

Exactly, use the template created in sign with another document. It is possible to rescue text boxes or signatures from a template to incorporate them into a new attached document. I'm sorry if you don't understand me.

@Carolina33042197ueh9 yes this is possible! All you will need to do is save that template as a resuable document and a form field template when creating that template. Then when you upload another document you can select form field template and the name of the original template and it will apply the form fields to the document. See documentation here Create a resusable layer of form fields (adobe.com)
