User cannot authorize application because it is UNCERTIFIED

We have done the Adobe EchoSign integration with our Web application using EchoSign Oauth API.

From application our users will be sending  the document for signature and final agreement we would like to store in our system. We have done the integration and tested using developer account and everything is working fine.

But when we use some other account then we are getting below error:

User cannot authorize application because it is UNCERTIFIED

Please suggest what is needed to resolve this issue. Do I have to purchase some paid account for this?

I assume you configured you oauth app as a partner application. By default such apps are uncertified and your customer will need to allow uncertified app in their own adobe sign account. (it's in the security settings I believe).

it's possible to get your application certified, for that contact support first. or visit this widget
