User Creation with SAML

Hi,

SAML is working fine for users with Active Adobe Sign accounts.  Where I am struggling is getting Adobe Sign/SAML to automatically add users authenticated through SAML.  I have checked that box, but am getting this error when trying to login:

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems that the user already has an another account with that email address.

Could you please share that email address with us in the private message.
