User is getting an error when they try to send a document - they have a license

User is getting an error when they try to send a document - they have a license, and they were able to send other documents, but 1 in particular is giving an error message:

Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at input location [18,2]

Any ideas? This is within Salesforce.
