User Sync tool in Manage Adobe Sign Users

Has anyone used the User Sync tool to automate the user management process in Adobe Sign?

How does it work? Does it add all the users in the active directory to Adobe Sign? Does it simplify the process of adding and removing of users? I really appreciate it if you can share your experience.
