Users from the admin console are not synchronised into the AdobeSign console

We give a user a Sign licence in the admin console.
The user was then automatically migrated to the AdobeSign console.
Since yesterday, the automatic synchronisation no longer works.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It depends on your product and the ID (Federated, Enterprise or Adobe Id) used in your admin console.

Ask the user to go to Adobe Account and check if the plan is there.  If it's not, delete the user and reassign the license.
