Using Adobe Sign - Form field entries are being truncated

When I circulate a document for form field entries and signatures, the text in the form fields don't auto-adjust to the length of the form field entry, and so it gets cut off/truncated with NO WAY of accessing the rest of the form field content because it is locked when it gets signed. This doesn't make sense. How can I view the rest of the field when Adobe doesn't give me any way to view the rest of the content? I have the size of the text set to "Auto" and when I do that in a regular PDF, Adobe shrinks the size of the text as more data is entered into the field. I don't see this happening in a form circulated for data and e-signature. Can anyone help?

Have you had any luck resolving this problem? Adobe does shrink the size of my text following signture, but this can make the text nearly impossible to read. I was hoping to find a way to enable the field scrollbar after signature.
