Using image with digital ID

I have saved an image of my actual signature.  I have created a "digital signature" in adobe that I can drag and drop.  I have also created a "digital ID" that I can select a signature field and use my password to complete.  
When using the digital ID it has its own form of my signature and can add date and time, etc.  I am wanting the digital ID to use the image of my actual signature instead of the format I have seen it use. 

Is this possible?
