Validation fails for a valid date in a Text field

I have a template with a Text field with validation of US style date that needs to be prefilled before sending for signatures. When I enter September as month, the validation fails while other months work. For example:

 

Sep 01, 2020 -- Validation fails

Sep 01, 2019 -- Validation fails

Aug 01, 2020 -- Validated

Nov 01, 2020 -- Validated

 

I had to remove validation to send the form.

Please look at this issue.
