Waiting for me to sign is missing entries

When I log into my dashboard and click on the "waiting for me to sign" section, I am not seeing all of the documents that are waiting for me to sign.  I get emails for documents that aren't listed there.  If I click the email notification, the document comes up and I can sign without a problem.  Almost seems like I have 2 accounts but I don't, it uses the same custom signature no matter which way I sign.  Please help me figure out why they aren't all listed there.
