We are getting the following "error" in eSign: you are not authorized to view the contents of this agreement

We have an end user with a valid account that is getting a request to approve the document but when he opens the eSign link, it states he is not "authorized to view the contents of this document".  What could be causing this issue?

Thank you.

Tammy

The Answer is:

Go to "limited document visibility" from Account->Account settings-> global Settings and uncheck the option "Signers will only see files containing signature, initials or data entry fields assigned to them.", save the changes and send a new transaction out, the problem will go away.

Hello Tammy,

Can you inbox me the below details so that I can further check:

-Sender's email.

-Signer's email.

-Name of document.

-Date.

One of the reason could be that the signer's e-sign account had been deactivated earlier but can surely check.

Regards,

-Rijul
