What does it mean when it says I've exceeded my page limit!! - I wasn't aware I had one

I am trying to send a document for countersignature, but I'm not being allowed and keep being advised I've exceeded my page limit.  What can I do to get around this as I wasn't aware I had a page limit - thanks

In Paid accounts, the maximum page limit is 100 and file size is 10 Mb. Can you check and see which parameter you are exceeding?

You might have to purchase esign if you are using the free version.  I think there are limitations on the free version.
