What to do when you send out a document for a signature and the person follows the instructions to sign, but the document doesn't save or send the document back to the person who requested the signature

Trouble with eSign service...not saving signature so it can send back to the person that requested it.

If you have sent the document through E-Sign services, once the document is signed, the document is sent automatically back to sender as well as signer.

After signing the documents there is no confirmation that you have signed and are finished or that the signed docs have been sent. Is that correct?
