When I try to use the Form Field Field layer on a new form, the forms I've dragged and dropped into the layer don't show up on the new form.

I created a Form Field Layer:

Added a lot of signature fields on this the form field layer on page 3:

But when I go to Send to send a new document, and try to select the Form Field layer that I created, none of these Form Fields show up on the new document. Am I misunderstanding this feature?

Hi stephanieb88639872,

Templates can not be created & reused in Acrobat applications.

It can be possible using InDesign Work with files and templates in InDesign‌.

if they can't be created and reused from Adobe Document Cloud, what are the options there for? What do they do?
