When soliciting signatures from multiple contractors do I need to change the Signature field for each and every signatory? Or will one signature field apply to all of the contractors?
For example, I am requesting 9 signatures from each of my contractors. I am sending this request to all 9 of them at the same time (in one email communication). I want to know should I delete the Signature Field for Instructor 3 when it looks like that field is a carryover from the Instructor 2 entry?

Hello Walter,
It seems that all the signers would be signing the same document. In that case, I would recommend to place the Signature fields for each respective signer and make sure the role is assigned to them correctly. While dragging and dropping the signature field, you can double click them and check the role for each signer and set to the correct one.
