Where to login for Adobe Sign trial service?

I have the 14 day free trial of adobe sign, but absolutely can't find where I get started on using it. I already understand how it works, just want to use it! but where do I go to actually use it?

You can use this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign to log in to your Adobe Sign trial account.

Please use the email address you registered for the services to sign-in to the account.
