Who can "cancel" a document?

New Here ,
Jan 20, 2016 Jan 20, 2016

One of my team members sent a document and realized after sending it that he sent the wrong document. Away from his computer, he contacted me to "cancel" it and send the correct document for signature. When I login and go to the "manage" tab to cancel the document, it doesn't appear to be giving me a "cancel" option. It is only giving me a "delete" option. So now I'm wondering if only the originator can "cancel" and what would happen if I selected "delete?"    thanks.

Hello BV,

The sender of document has the access level to cancel and delete the document later. Now, if the document is still "Out for Signature" section, then you can single click it and on right click Cancel. If the document is already cancelled, then it's shown under Cancelled/Declined section and the Delete option is shown then.
