Why Is This Needed Feature Not Available In All Adobe Sign Plans?!

Does anyone know if the feature to save fields as a template is available on the individual plan yet? I'd check for myself, but the Adobe Sign "compare plans" page doesn't make this clear.

The feature I'm referring to is the ability to save a bunch of fields as a template for reapplying to future similar documents (rather than having to create new fields each time I need a document signed). This is a huge waste of time, especially when having to re-adjust the fields height and width using the very clunky drag tools and poor alignment options.

For some strange reason Adobe decided to omit this needed feature from their "individual plan". I was told weeks ago that this feature was being considered for all of their Adobe Sign plans. Their "compare plans" says "save fields as templates" is available for all plans, but that is not true. Unless "save fields as templates" means something else?

This confusion caused me many hours of wasted time a couple of months ago when I purchased Adobe Sign. The demo allows this feature, but once I purchased the individual plan, the feature was no longer there. Come on Adobe, not including this feature in your individual plan is like selling someone a bicycle with flat tires. It will get you somewhere, but it will be a very slow process. If you're going to continue not including this obviously needed feature in all of your plans, then at least update your "compare plans" page to make this more clear. It could have saved me hours of time.

Thanks for any replies.

Hi Aadesh, yes the "compare plans" link you reference is the same one that I was referring to of course. As you can see, there is absolutely no mention of the "save fields as templates". There is however a mention of "Store frequently used documents and forms as reusable templates". As you can imagine, this could easily be confused with the other.

I'm a bit confused why the common response from Adobe is to "upgrade". The ability to simply save some fields for future use seems like a very basic feature to me, and something that should be included with all plans. It's a complete waste of time having to re-create the same fields for each new document.

And yes, I realize that the Adobe Trial includes all of the features. I was able to figure this out after I paid for the individual plan, only to find out after payment that this needed feature was not included. It would have been convenient if there was a mention in the trial version, letting me know which features would be included and which would not. Yes, I realize that is what the "compare plans" page is for, but as I've already mentioned, it's very misleading.

All I ask is that the ability to save fields as a template be considered for inclusion in the individual plan. It would also be nice if the "compare plans" page was updated with a less confusing mention of the feature, as to avoid people wasting their time. Thanks.
