Widget signature field cannot be adjusted

Explorer ,
Feb 03, 2015 Feb 03, 2015

I am creating a test widget for a demonstration. I uploaded an existing Acrobat form with interactive form fields that were already in place. The form and the fields all converted correctly in the creation of the widget, but when I attempt to add a signature block on the page the field comes in at a default size that cannot be changed. As a result it covers up the space where other fields need to be. All other fields except the signature can be placed correctly and resized as needed.

Hi d0Ryan,

Instead of using a Signature Block, consider placing a Signature and Email field separately. That way you have more control of those fields. Signature Blocks you cannot edit the size.

Thanks,

Ben

I also discovered that the same issue happened with a signature field, except that I am able to request EchoSign to adjust the account parameters and that does allow the signature field to be adjusted.
