Want to purchase Adobe Sign to replace our Docusign contract but am having integration issues with Okta SAML (confirmed it's not on the Okta side) and you can't get support before you purchase? Our apologetic account rep says "I’ve seen this issue in the past. I’m fairly certain it’s a quick fix for Support once a paid account is in place."... Isn't that a little backward? Why would I pay for something that I can't show the C-suite team actually works?

I am having issues also, I have been on their chat for about 2 hours now trying to upgrade PSE, and Support puts me to Sales, who puts me to Installation Team, so put me to Support, who puts me to Sales, I am now back speaking to the same people I spoke to 2 hours ago and still they just say one moment I will put you through to the right department. So I rang Adobe and heard their mailbox is full, are they going broke or something, what is going on? Is there any help out there that anyone knows of!
