Wrong time on esignature report

Hi,

I have set up the time zone in my account to Eastern Zone (US & Canada) but when client signs the documents the wrong date & time (GMT) get stamped on it.

Not sure I to get it fixed.

Any help.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the date and time are stamped incorrectly under the signature. Would you mind sharing more details?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the date received.

Hello Meenakshi,

The time zone is different on the stamped time. How can I correct the time
zone on that?
The time zone in my portfolio is in the correct zone.
