Xero E-sign. Email has already been registered with Adobe for another account

Hi all,

I must have set up a trial with adobe a while ago. I have gone in and changed the email address, from what I can see, yet the email address still seems tied to the free trial. I did a live chat and they verified it was still linked and that as it was a free trial, they couldn't offer support and I needed to ask here.

Can someone please please help?! I need to use E-sign with Xero and when trying to create this function, I get this error.

E-sign - Sorry, the email "example only" has already been registered with Adobe for another account, and so cannot be used for e-sign. Please use another email address, or view help for more options

I want to use the email address as its my business email address - not I have replaced with example only. Thanks so much!!!!!
