Hello, I have a paid account and need to send an urgent document for signature. I've been trying for a long time and I get the following error : " You are not authorized to send documents for signature . Please contact your account administrator".


We only use one account, we do not have administrator account. I need urgent help! My client is waiting! What a shame!


If I try to send the document from Adobe Acrobat for signature appears to me this other error:

There was an error processing the document ...
