Adobe Aero Link doesn't work

I have the same issue like a lot of people. Last wendnesday everything worked. I need the links tomorrow for an important event. I had contact with the adobe support all day long. They sad, that they will conact me with a phone call. The problem is really urgent. I even can't generate new links.

They waived next month's Cloud fee for me after I complained about not being able to work on client projects. Took complaining to 4 agents to at least get that, we're all paying customers and we can't have an useless app be down for days.
