Can't open files on PC version of AERO anymore!

Can't open my latest files on desktop anymore.

It asks my to update, creative cloud tells me I am up to date.

Version 0.18.4

Same bug on my Mac OS, Aero 0.18.4 : it seems that if you opened your files on mobile device, you cannot open it on desktop. Perhaps a bug due to Aero versioning with new geospatial prerelease that we cannot access without Adobe consentement.

@markhellar Still no upgrade at 11AM Paris (it's a long long night, sun has raised up soon here in France 😉😊). Can you tell us the version numbers ? Is it both desktop and mobile upgrade ?

Still 18.4. Creative cloud says up to date.

And not working yet.

Can I download maintenance updates somewhere else?

Do you keep a list of changes with your updates? Which elements have changed, been worked on?

The new mobile release 2.20.4 (published may 16th 4PM UT) DOES NOT resolve anything. The AR dissepear if anchor is out of the camera. No new release for desktop at this time.

July 12 and I have this same issue. I will have to start my project over from scratch unless there is some way to open the project on pc

I have the same problem on Mac. I came just after I opened one of the files, which had been created on desktop, in iOS App version and then went back to Mac. Version 018.4 #241

Same issue, still unresolved: opened existing project in the latest version of mobile app for iOS (Version 2.23.4) and can no longer open on most recent version of the desktop app for Mac (Version 0.18.4). Please share updates on the fix for this @markhellar !

Hi, can you please advise if Aero will be working soon?  It seems it has had this issue for sometime and is unusable.  Thanks
