iPhone 11 app won't open file?

Adobe Aero on my iPhone 11 won't open my file with custom character imported? (synced from Desktop creative cloud). It loads to 100% but doesn't open in AR view (video attached).

Hi @markhellar, I tried between desktop and iPad which works ONCE - then I also get this error in Aero Desktop when trying to re-open the file... and then Aero crashes.
