Mixamo FBX to Adobe Aero iOS app problem

Has anyone encountered difficulties when importing FBX files into the Adobe Aero mobile app? Specifically, I am experiencing issues where the animations do not play and the colors are missing. If anyone has found a solution to this problem, please share your insights.
