problem with import giving unkown error

Hi, im having a problem with importing my model from unreal engine 5 i have used the correct files for example it said that it is conpatiablem with .fbx, .glb but when putting them into the desktop aero it gives me a unkown error and I do not know to how to pass it or fix the problem i also checked if aero can be used on windows desktop and it is but it's not letting me imporet anything, please hgelp me!!

Hi @cxyap so you are exporting from UE5 as .fbx or gltf? You can PM me a sample export and I'll take a look. Thanks!
