its an issue for all users, and now Aero is essentially unusable. I've spoken to several members of the Adobe team on X (Twitter) and they keep saying they will pass it on to the team here so they can respond, but there doesn't seem to be any luck. I've been told by a live chat agent that they are aware of and are looking into the issue, but for now we will just have to wait. I'm hoping it is resolved in the next couple of days as I'm using it for a client project and really don't want the work to go to waste.
I've been spamming AdobeCare and AdobeAero on Twitter (X) as well. It would be good to get community posting there to demand action. Crazy this service can just shutdown for almost a week already without Adobe addressing the issue nor providing any plan of action.
