Adobe Aero Crashing on Apple COmput

I've got customers trying to use aero on m1 macs and it's crashing anytime they try to import any type of asset. Here is the crash log. Any suggestions?

No, The application is launching fine, just not letting anyone import any thing into it from either built in items or external items. Crashes the second it trys.
