PBR materials on objects from C4D showing up either metallic or matte

Good afternoon,

Has anyone else had troubles with their fbx files (with materials baked in) showing up as either extremely metallic or completely matte? There seams to be no in-between, and I wonder if there is a method to adjust the reflectiveness that Adobe Aero will acknowledge? I have tweaked so many things and nothing is working. My models are in C4D and my PBR materials are composed with png from Adobe Substance Painter.

Hi @KimPeeps are you exporting as .gltf? if so can you check in this gltf viewer: https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/ and let me know if the material is showing as desired there? Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me. I have been exporting as an fbx for Aero because I can't get gltf to load into Aero for some reason. I get a pesky "Couldn't import asset. There was a problem reading the GLB file" pop up whenever I try bringing in gltfs. When I export as a gltf and view in the viewer you provided, the materials show up perfect.  Any tips on exporting gltfs? Maybe I am doing something wrong there...

I have since tried exporting as a glb instead of a gltf and this has given the best results thus far!
