I'm using Aero this year for a Holiday card, and I noticed that after scanning the QR code and holding my camera over the card (the camera seeing the Image Anchor), the Layers will show, but the behaviors of the card won't function. If you try scanning again and then wait for the files to load and Aero prompts you to find the image anchor, then everything works great! I used the Beta Desktop app to bring all the elements together. Please see the attached video for reference.
