I am using adobe Capture and I am trying to import a pdf image I have saved in my files on my phone. I am able to locate the file, but the image is faded looking and It wont let me select it to be imported. Does anyone have any idea of how to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Lucas

Hi Lucas.

Sorry for taking so long to respond; I had to double-check this with the Capture team. Here's what I was told:

A PDF is a highly specialized data format that a PDF-viewer app can read and then render as an image.  There isn't a PDF importer in Capture, so it can't be read and rendered as an image. If in an image format (like .png or .jpeg) then Capture should be able to read it from the Files interface.

I hope that helps.

Sue.
