Hi,
I have just downloaded the app and the my library button is sitting right above the settings icon which make it impossible to change the settings. For some reason the app doesn't connect to the wifi automatically so it doesn't save anything:(
And the app is amazing and I'm creating great stuff with it but nothing is being saved... so frustrating!
I'v tried to remove the app and install it again but the buttons are still one on top of each other. Please help!
Thanks a lot,
Anat
Hi Anat.
I heard back from the product team...
Please ask if the system setting, "Force RTL layout direction," is toggle on. Capture doesn't support support RTL format so if that setting is toggled off it should correct the display.
Please let me know if that works.
Sue.

I’ll have to leave this one for Sue Garibaldi to check out and comment on support, as I don’t have access to a Samsung Galaxy for testing.

I might have to check with the product team about the overlapping buttons (I seem to remember this cropping up once before, but I can't find my notes). But a couple of things:
First, something about the screenshot (other than the overlap looks not quite right. Here's how it should look (notice the order of the module names). Not that I'm entirely sure it should matter, but what version of the app are you using?
Also, double-check the zoom setting on your device. For me it's in Settings > Accessibility > Vision > Font and Screen Zoom.
About it not connecting to wifi... I know you can't check this but in the Settings > Preferences menu there's a toggle for Use Cellular for Sync that should be toggled off.
I'm going to send your screenshot (and device info) to the Capture team; I don't know how quickly I'll hear back, but I'll post as soon as I do.

the version of the app is (732) 4.1
I'v tried to change the font and screen zoom as you suggested
and this is what it looks like now:
maybe the backward order has something to do with the fact that I'm from the middle east and the operating system default is writing right to left?
other apps in English are working just fine

Thank you. This is super helpful. And, yep, that's why the module tabs are in reverse order. I'll send this additional information to the product team.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to resolve this so I have to wait to hear back from someone.
