Cannot import jpg files in Adobe Capture

I installeren Adobe Capture on an Android Samsung tab S6. It's impossible to import an existing jpg picture in Adobe Capture. I cannot select any image.

Help?

Hi Daniel. 

Please tell us the steps you're using and the location from which you're trying to import the image so we can help figure out what's going wrong.

1. Open Adobe Capture

2. Click the + button

3. Click Import image

4. Click Filmrol

5. Than a window with recent images from the local gallery opens 

6. Problem: I can't select an image from the local gallery

Hi Daniella.

We aren't able to reproduce this so a couple more questions:

What version of Capture are you  using?

Have you double-checked your permissions?

Are you  seeing any sort of error message when the import fails?

Can you confirm whether you're seeing ‘+’ button for import?
