Capture Crashes CONSTANTLY

Hey,

Ive been looking around in the forum and it seems to be a recurrent issue... every time I try to save something in Adobe Capture it crashes... I don't know what to do anymore...

Hi,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience you are facing while using the app. Can you please send feedback from within the app so that we know the device and OS version on which the issue is happening and can work towards fixing this for you? The steps to do this are: Click on the settings icon -> click on send feedback and send the mail.
Do you use all creation modules in the app and are facing crash while saving any of the element types, or is this specific to some module, for instance shape or color themes?

Hi, 

 
thank you so much for your response! I have been trying to send the feedback, but the app claims that I need to register an email adress, even though I’m signed in with my adobe account. Apparently it’s an issue with the “hide my email” feature in apple products. I haven’t been able to figure out how to deactivate it for the capture app. In any case, normally emails are forwarded to my main email account anyways.
I have tried turning everything else off - I only use the shape feature and non of the others. Yet usually a window pops up that will still suggest colour themes or patterns and a split second after it shuts down. 
 
Thank you so much for your help! I’m stuck on a project until I find I solution for this.
