I am using the Capture App on my HTC U Ultra. The creating of a new material works fine, as well as the access via cc-library.

But when i try to apply the material on any object in Dimensions I get an error message that the material is broken and invalid.

Also i tried to make a material with my colleague's iPhone X and it just works perfectly fine.

How can I make the materials work? Is it a known bug that materials made with HTC do not work?

Here's materal I made with my phone.

Thank you!

HI Theo.

Sorry it's not working. I haven't heard of any specific problems with the device you're using, so I have a couple of questions:
* Has this happened with more than one material you've created?* Is this one of the materials that's showing the error when you try to use it in Dimensions? If it is will you private message me here and send me the link again with the permissions changed so that I can save it to my account and try to open it in Dimensions. (To private message me just click on my name then Message.)

I"ll keep an eye out for it.

Sue.
